Front is fine, rear will be fine with a 15 or 18mm spacer. Beyond 18 and you get into adaptors, which I don't recommend.
I have 15 and 18mm spacers and bolts if you need them. $104 a pair, bolts $6 each. Please call me if interested.

I assume you are referring to the 11'' rear set up? Thanks, I might have to take you up on your offer.
How would the 9.5" rear look @ 46mm, close to flush?

It's not annoying, just repetitive. 11" wheels won't fit. Even if you can get them in there, you can't drive it. Period. It would require extensive fender modification.

Glad I found this, was about to buy some 19x11 rears, but they are +38. I think it will stick out too far. I'm not lowered and dont plan on being that way ever, but I dont want to be handicapped by a wheel too big.

I second the request for images.. please! I went through this decades ago fitting 9x16 930 wheels on the back of a Carrera. At the time all the experts swore they would not fit. A friend swapped wheels and I tried on his 7+9x16s with 205/245s and they were perfect. And, yes, the car was lowered.
In this context, it would be super if a couple of you guys running the 11's would post some images AND wheel specifics, spacers if any, tire brand/size, AND.. last but not least, what type springs/ride height you are running.
Right now my wifes 987S has 19" Ruf 8.5 + 10. I had a tire issue and slapped a way oversize rear tire set, just because they were sitting around from my GT2. Too large? Probably, but they look, fit, and work fine. I have a set of H&R springs that the car may get and that may make me rethink tire sizes. ;-> The point being that there are a lot of variables and I can swear that a 305/30 is FINE on the rear of a Boxster S and it is, but perhaps only if you leave it at the Factory "too high" ride height.
So.. any specifics about 11s on the rear???

Awwww guys... You tell us how well 11s fit BUT not one of you will post any images and details??
I gotta say it. This would never happen on the GT2 board. Never.
Show some 987 pride and post image, OK?

18x8et50 with 235/40's up front
18x11et30 with 285/40's out back
lowered on H&R springs
In retrospec, I should have gone with a smaller rear tire. Whenever I turned real hard or hit a large dip in the road then I would rub.

19x8et30 with 225/35's up front
19x11et 25 with 265/35's out back
First pictures are lowered on the H&R springs and the last picture is lowered on PSS9's. I'll get some 3/4 shots and post those up sometime soon.
I rub just a tiny bit on really large dips but gonna dial in a little more camber and that'll fix the rubbing issue. Also going to roll the rear fenders as well.
