here is the worst part...one of the questions from the listing:

A: The wheel base and exterior dimensions are the same as a genuine GT, there are differences, however there are differences in the genuine GT's from one to another as well. Not one time while driving the car has anyone asked if it is real, They just assume it is.

it's just a well done kit car. the fit and finish appear to be nice and a boxster is a great car to start with having good performance and a nice interior. not sure why you guys are getting so fired up about this.
his comment about the people not being able to tell the difference is probably true. i would guess most of the general public doesn't know even what a carrera GT, let alone having seen one. so if you told the girls at hooters it's a CGT, how the hell would they know the diff?
go look at some of the fiero/lambo ferrari knockoffs and then look at this car. this one all of a sudden will start looking pretty good. i saw a fiero/ferrari knockoff this weekend that was being auctioned at a restaurant this weekend. attrocious.

you've probably got just as much money in mods trying to turn yours into a GT2
hell, you even list it as a boxster GT2 in one of your threads then again, i really like your car too.

Im not trying to make my car look like the GT2. I just felt the lines worked better than the stock car. I am in no means trying to pass it off as another car. Just trying to make it look good and be different. Hehehhe

Plus I was honestly one of the first to do the authentic turbo conversion back in 2000. None of this turbo gt2 look bumper with stock boxster headlights stuff. All OEM baby!
