Optional Turbo wheels

So I noticed that they are available in the Cayman configurator.

Does anyone know if they are the exact same wheel that is on the turbo? I am asking because the 997TT wheels at the rear are 11" wide. If so, what tire does the car come with from the factory when ordered with them?

Thank's in advance, Gabe.

I'd get those if I ordered a cayman S. They are forged and very lightweight.

Got any clue how much they weigh? Also if they are 11'' in the rear.

That, and if the GT3 wheels fit as well.

The Turbo Wheels look great on a Cayman S. We have a Guards Red one that just came in for our inventory. I attached a picture for you guys. I can't really tell the size of the rim, but it looks like a 10" rim like the Carrera Sport Wheel. The tiresize is 265-35-19.

the "997" Turbo style wheel is available in:

19 x 8.0

19 x 8.5

and 19 x 11.0

I highly doubt the Cayman S has 11's in the rear with 265/35-19 (it's impossible)

Probably 8's in the front and 8.5's in the rear with a different offset.

If you look at the rim next to the air stem you will see "8" or "11" or whatever.

Interesting how tastes change. I remember when the Turbo wheels made their first debut, people were saying they were horrific and nauseating. I think my favorite is the GT3 rim, but I'm not sure they would look so good on the Cayman.
