Is there a canadian Zillow.com like source?

Hey guys, A buddy of mine is Canadian and is looking at moving to the Vancouver area. He has used Zillow.com in the US for research before and wondered if there was a canadian alternative.

He is from the Toronto area and is in Seattle now.
