Your officer will not be attending your court. I have not seen him in courts since the allegations were first brought up.

According to my Paralegal, he was Showing up to his Court Dates... As for mine it was on the 18th Dec and it was Dropped/Thrownout... Not sure if he showed up or not, i havnt spoken to my Paralegal about the Details of that day, i just wanted to know the Result...

Do you have any updates on him? last i heard... his House was Raided by the OPP and lots of Expensive things were consficated... Thanks

 

I am glad to hear that you case was thrown out!
I am in court everyday and doubt he will ever attend. As to the raid on his house I did not hear anything to that effect.

 

ahhh i see... Do you know whats going on with him or his case? Is the court going to make a Example of him or are they going to let him off?

 

Who knows. As far as i know his case is still pending. I doubt Crown would have pursued the allegations unless they actually have a strong case.
