Spent a couple hours with a member of the media a few days ago. Looks promising as this person is a car enthusiast and wholeheartedly sympathizes with us. Will keep you guys posted.

I really doubt the media would spin it that way as it makes them look foolish. Just because we can afford expensive cars doesn't mean we should be unjustly raped on our insurance. It's not the money but the principal and rationale for these drastic changes. Yes I drive a 200k car but that doesn't mean I give out handouts to everyone and anyone that asks.
Agree with you 100 percent....ICBC has been raping consumers over the coals for a very long time. Is it any wonder that this company owns some of the most expensive real estate in BC.
