go to http://www.porsche.com/usa/ and under 'build your porsche' - Cayenne, you'll see they just put up GTS model.

What do you think of it compared to Cayenne S for 10K more? The body styling definitely looks very nice!

great...

But where's the PASM? Is it standard? How will a GTS be lowered? With springs or with links?

Ok, I'll take:

Crystal Silver Metallic

Standard Black Interior with Alcantra

Enlarged Rear Spoiler

Moonroof

Tiptronic

Variable Assist Power Steering

$75K

First think I'll do is slap on some 22" Rinspeed in Titanium color and replace the interior trim with a Gemballa Silver Carbon Fiber Steering wheel and trim pieces.

way back when the test mules were spotted... the word was that it was a RWD chassis. I've gone back and looked at the reports from the Frankfurt Show and now I see that it is indeed AWD. I guess the RWD just stuck with me since the earliest reports...

Basically...

the GTS is a great deal.

$10,000 gets you

1. Sport Design Body Kit

2) 21" Wheels and fender flares

3) Alcantra appointed Sport Seats

4) 4.11 Gear Ratio and Sport Exhaust Package

5) +20HP

6) Turbo Brakes, Red Calipers (?)

Thank's for the link, it looks very nice in dark colours such as Black rather than the nordic gold or metallic red.

With some dealer options/ etc they were into the 90s. I ended up getting a CTT instead for not much more. Hopefully I'll get to pick it up today or maybe tomorrow.

May be the purpose of the GTS is to lead more people to buy the CTT

i was really close to a GTS as well but also went for the turbo.

i would have loved the manual but the engine won over the transmission.

no but it is the only way to get a manual with any guts.

if you go for the tip in the GTS you really are getting into CTT territory; so close that the economics of an auto GTS is tough to figure?
