Room to negotiate?

I'm looking at an 05 Turbo with about 25k miles and its dealer certified. They are asking $65k. Do you guys think this is fairly priced?

Also how much do you think is fair to negotiate down to? I don't have much experience with how much margins dealers leave for pre-owned vehicles.

That is about right for a dealer car depending on options. Is it CPO'ed? I don't think they negotiate too much but try for at least $1-$2k

I'm assuming warranty will be running out soon as well in this 2005. Would you guys recommend getting an extended warranty? From dealer or aftermarket?

I don't subscribe to the fact that aftermarket warranties are worth it but everyone has an opinion on this. IMHO save the $3-4K and use it IF IF IF something breaks that would be covered. I think you'll come out ahead especially if the car is under warranty. This will give you a chance to ensure that all TSB's and issues have been addressed.

I would say that is a very fair price. Check the history of the car if you can and run a carfax. Or PM me the vin and i'll run it for you if they do not have one already : )

The only thing I would want to see on that car would be a CPO warranty. I would use that as a negotioating tactic!

Carfax says clean one owner California car. Always look over it though. Carfax does not guarentee a perfect car! Use good judgement.

CPO Warranties only give you an additional 2 years or 100K miles. It is not new car warranty but covers about 93% of the original.

No problem! Happy to help!

PASM is standard on all Turbos. Now it's listed as certified just make sure they are selling it certified and get all of the paperwork! Call me if you have any questions! : )

With everyone saying that '06 Cayenne Turbo S's are selling for low to mid 70's with under 15k miles, what makes this such a great deal? To me, comparing the post on the CTTS prices, this '05 CTT w/25k miles should be in the $55-58k range. I am not saying this is right but I am just trying to compare.

Wow really?

Don't know how reliable kelley blue book is these days but here are there prices for Excellent condition:

Suggested retail : $75k
Private Party: $70k
Trade in value: $65k

So they're offering at the blue book trade in value. I dunno, I think I'll just get it. The time I waste thinking about it and searching is more valuable than a few grand.
