Hey, where are you getting the intake and GIAC flashing done? I'm looking for a qualified shop in NJ if you know of any.

It would be great to get together if i can only find some free time.

Might be out of your way but give the guys at Protosport in Pompton Plains a call 973-839-5353, they do tremendous work and really know Porsche's.

i'm heading out to awe-tuning in willow grove Pa. it's only about an 80min ride from central nj. they are 6speed sponsors and are the oldest GIAC retailer in the area. i've had nothing but very positive experiences there.
They also sell EVO intakes, this is where i ordered mine from.

Is there really any benefit from the EVO intakes on the CTT? I have the FVD computer and exhaust but have not heard if intakes really do anything.

http://web.mac.com/kooser/iWeb/Koose...e%20Turbo.html

Kooser has a very informative website about his truck and one of the jpgs is the evo intake vs. stock acceleration times. it seems like it adds a bit of performance to a stock CTT, but i'd really look for it to help a chipped vehicle. when dealers quote performance upgrades for the chips, they usually quote a range of gained hp and tq(i think giac quotes +50-70hp). the chips are set up to recognize and take advantage of hi flow intakes and exhausts. i'd expect a chip to be +50hp by itself, +60hp with intake and +70 with intake and exhaust.
again, i'd refer you to a tuner for a better answer, but this is my understanding of it.
