Anyone ordered from Departstop.Com?

I ordered a very small item (Tow Hatch Cover with Porsche Logo) from them 12 days ago because no one else has it advertised online:

http://www.departstop.com/CayTequipPage.htm

Never got an order confirmation email from them and never heard from them about it being shipped. However, they already charged my card.

I emailed them but have not gotten a reply.

Are they a good & reliable company?

Thank you.

i bot a part from Dayton at DPS. Very nice guy that's reputable.

I wouldn't be worried since you have plenty of time to chargeback the credit card. you want to call or continue to email to see what's up though.

ventuje - how did you get the registrant info?

If departstop is the same company as dps motorsports, then you can rely on them. It's the best company I've ever shopped online. I ordered cayenne clear side markers, they've sent me the 06 model ones, and I didn't realize until last week. It's been 45 days that I've ordered them. I gave them a call and they sent UPS here and paid for the return shipment and sent me the 08 ones for free. No other company would do that.

djantlive, just goto register.com and do a "whois" lookup. You'll get all that info from there. They are in fact the same co. as dps-motorsports. They own that domain too.

Update: Still have not got the item, yet. Everytime I emailed him, he told me 'it's due Monday, it's due next day'.. Emailed him again yesterday and still no response.

I'm now asking for the refund... can't believe they would charge me at the point of purchase and take so long to ship. The customer service is way beyond me, too.

Good thing it's just a very small purchase...

Don't know what's going on at Departstop (DPS). Dayton sells some of my parts on E-bay and has been pretty reliable in the past. I also placed an order with him a month ago and when I call him he keeps telling me it will be in tomorrow and now he won't return my e-mails! I called the dealer for the same parts and they can get them in 2 days. He must be having some problems.
