I've looked at the Tooki for an "04 Cayenne Turbo I just picked up. My fiend Nate has it and likes it. Before I spend 7-800 bucks I'd like to know all the options. Other suggetions?

Thanks!

I have the tooki on my '06 tts. it also had the phone sim set up but my installer said it didn't make sense to use the existing mike and used the new one that came with the kit. I use it with an old bb and iphone 3gs. Largely works as advertised though i've been dissappointed withe the address book sync on either phone. Frankly i never know which bits of my address book will get downloaded to the phone. I'm considered just typing in the ones that i need rather than using the sync function. About once a week I'm unable to get a bluetooth connection though it says it's connected & have to stop the car, turn it all off, wait for a full PCM reset before it reconnects - very frustrating.

I also have the ipod interface from nav-tv which can be a bbit spottty. Randomly get no ipod found etc.

Despite the glitchiness above, when it all works the sound and quality is great. Think I paid about ~1,500 for both installed this past January. I did a bunch of other stuff clearbra, stealth V1 and blinker m47 so hard to say exact price given the bundled deal.

End of the day, do the tooki and ipod interface. You'll enjoy both

Why not just go for the denison blue tooth combo for $550?
Is tooki really better?

Tooki vs denison ... I had a hard time telling the capability differences between what was available and my installer told me the tooki was the best out there. Given that I'm planning on having the car a few years I figured a little extra $ would be ok. Seems like about $500 which is hard to defend given the glitches like occassional no ipod found or occasional locked/bluetooth connection where I have to do a full reset on the pcm

Denison Parrot Tooki MoBridge

I'm still confused!!! My 04 Cayeene Turbo has the factory NAV, but no phone button?
Tooki and Denison seem to show the system only with the phone buttonon the factory stereo.
Parrot is a stand-alone, but seems full featured. Any stereo buffs out there.

Best bank for the buck??? I'm on the phone all the time, so a good sound is important, but I'm not a big iPod user. Thanks for the info thus far
