Turn signal indicator warning

Just had the car flashed with GIAC and got a check turn signal indicator warning but both front and rear turn signals on both sides work. When I use left turn signal the arrow in the dash flashes twice as fast as the right turn signal.

Could it be a fuse issue? I know usually if one of the bulbs go out the green arrow may start to flash twice as fast, but both sides work fine. Could it be the re-flash that did something? Now I dont want to risk going to the dealer just to fix this and have them void my warranty.

it is not related to ecu, however there might be a connection , but either way, changing the fuses or the lamps will solve the problem, if it persists, then flash your ecu back to stock and go to dealer, and pray to god so that they won't understand that you've flashed your ecu
