Good Price on a new 2008 Cayenne S?

Hello,

I have gotten $4000 above invoce for a new 2008 Canenne S. Is this a good price?

Basically a:
Metallic paint
Preferred Pkg plus
Light comfort pkg
Front & rear park assist

For $65,000

Still sounds like a lot of money above invoice, should they make $4k on each car???

If you can get it I would. They are selling pretty well in my area at least. They are having a hard time keeping them in stock even near sticker.

Well, this price sounds fair, however, a satellite radio, soft looking leather, air suspension is missing. You'll regret these if you don't buy em now. Also, PDCC can be considered. Bigger wheels also look better. It's up to you, but remember, you buy this car once, so make a good decision.

I was able to get $3K above invoice this weekend on a GTS. I didnt get it because I think Cayenne prices (SUV prices in general) will drop as gas prices continue to rise & people are starting to shy away from them. Any thoughts?

I too think so but last weekend I was at the Porsche dealer and that place was buzzing with activity (the KIA dealership next to it had a 'two for the price of one offer'. I am planning to buy a 6 cyl and think the $5000 above invoice is too much.

I own a BMW and this is the first time I am considering a Porsche. I know you can buy a BMW $1000 above invoice. Any idea if I could get a similar deal for a Cayenne. Looking at the inventory I think I will have to order one.
