Both are priced relatively simlar, don't know why the first one looks a bit awkward, is there something missing that I cannot tell?

They are both missing PDCC, otherwise, get the second one, it has XM and bigger wheels. And a better color combo, i don't like gray interior

I think the second one looks better too, and yes the wheels on the first one does not look right. If the 2nd one has pano roof, I would ****** it immediately.

They both look pretty minimally equipped. Number one has base wheels, no roof rails and those stupid looking window wind shields, probably why it looks different? If these are your two choices buy number 2. Of course it goes without saying but do your due diligence on any of them. PPI, carfax (although it's almost completely useless!), autocheck, records/dealer history, contact the previous owner if possible.........

[edit] you've probably noticed #2 does not have a pano roof.
