List of Porsche Approved Tires

I like my Bridgestone Turanza ER 30's.
I like the way they handle compared to the Continentals, and I have been impressed with the Pirelli Scorpion snows, so I would try their summer tire.
Just go to Tire Rack, choose your car info, and choose "Original Equipment Tires."
I don't work for Tire Rack, but the information is correct.

Well thanks for all you help guys……I really appreciate it. I ended up getting a set of Bridgestone Dueler H/P Sport\ from Tire Rack. WOW what a great tire……handles way better, rides better and it is quiet…….No more 4X4 tire howling …….

Guess what………the 5th to 4th down shift is worse. Also we have 5th to 2nd clunk that is a now daily occurrence. Every time it happens if feels like somebody just rear ended us. We have been driving with the PSM off just so we don’t cause any drive train damage. BTW it is way more fun to drive a V6 with the PSM off……but the gas mileage sucks
I have an appointment Monday with the dealer to fix this problem.
Thanks again for your help

Just got a set of Yokohama Parad Pec-X's for my Sport design 20's and they are nothing short of amazing compared to the Conti's that were on there. I don't know if it is because they are new, but they are smooth and very quiet and at $146/tire from Tirerack they are a steal! Now lets hope they last more than 10k since they have a 420 rating.

I've also had the Yoko Avid Sports and they were a good but agressive tire. The CTT drives totally different on them over the Spec-X's. I would compare the ride from a 911TT to a regular Carrera as a comparo for these two tires.
