How many miles do you drive per month? $600 is about 5 tanks, right? Each 26.5 gallon tank yields about 370 miles if you're averaging about 14mpg in mixed driving. That's about, what, 1850 miles/mo or over 22k miles/year. You should be complaining about having to change tires and brake pads too

I know how you feel, our 2003 Lincoln Navigator takes 106 Litres in gas and we only use the top gas.
The thing is, when you own an elephant you gotta feed it lots of peanuts...

i recently sold my m3 conv and rx300 got a lexus gs300 awd for my wife. it gets around 26mpg on the highway so i'm waiting to see if my gas bill will go down a bit. we definitely cut down on driving the cayenne on the weekend...i also drive my 996tt more (it's summer too) now...

i hear range rovers now trade 5-10k less just because of their gas mileage...true ya think?

I concur, if you want to save gas, get a Civic.
I dont mean to sound harsh, but really, saving 5 cents a gallon or 10. Is the possible damage to the engine worth it?

I see people going nuts with this gas terrorism, they sell their cars, loose money on them and then go and spend twice their loss on a car that does 4 miles per gallon more. To realize three years from now that they should have never sold the first car.
