Congrats cc08gt2. GT2 and the CTTS...with an M5 in there... Great combo! Are you going to do anything besides wheels to the TTS?

FabSpeed Cat Bypass pipes! That's about it for now. Hoping that FVD will come up with a DME reflash that will add much more power.

Did you keep the facory muffler and jus bypass the seconday cas?

If so what does it sound like. Not sure if you heard a GTS in sport if it is louder then that.

Going sat to get new system but maybe you way is cheaper and better way to go.

Fabspeed makes pipes that bypass the secondary cats. They do not know the HP increase in a Turbo S. I think it is about 25 in a turbo. I am doing it for the sound. I love the GTS sound, and was disappointed that a 550 HP Turbo S doesn't have a strong sound. I am paying about $1k for the whole deal. I pick it up on election day.

Did fabspeed give you a idea on how they would sound. Still have the huge stock muffler after the bypass pipes.

Let me know what you think after the install?

I have both the FabSpeed cat bypass pipes and the FabSpeed mufflers on an '09 Turbo S. My dealer had an '08 Turbo with just the mufflers that I drove a couple times and wasn't crazy about. First they installed the cat bypass only and it still wasn't quite loud enough in my opinion. My comparison was an '07 Audi S8 that I had put an MTM exhaust on. So then I added the mufflers and love it.

Just like Copasetic said. Not loud enough. It is not for me, but anything more would be too much for my wife, who drives it daily. It is definitely strong.
