Amazing car but question: isn't a pain in the **** to put and remove ur snowboard from the Thule rack on ur car?

Don't you have the ski bag option? So much easier.

Not at all. I'm 6'2 so that might make it easier oh and my cayenne is also lowered

I didn't get ski bag option as I don't like to put boards/skis inside my car as I want more room for luggage, etc.

20 years ago, when people skied on 65mm waisted skis, you could probably get a fair number of skis in the bag. As a kid, I remember using the ski bag in an old BMW 740. However, with skis being as wide as 170mm in the tip, snowboards, and as Fred said about luggage, its basically useless.

I have the roof rails installed so I can install my own crossbars and attach any Yakima piece I want. Long road trip? I'll throw up the rocket box. Need to transport bikes? I'll throw up the bike attachment. Or a combo of all three. I have an Audi wagon as well, and I'm able to switch pieces between cars.
