1st Ticket

Got my '06 CS in September, First ticket obtained in Dec.....guy was pressing me from behind and had to show him who was the better driver, unfortunalty Passed the CVSE ( Commercial Vehicle Safety Enforcement ) cop (RCMP) who clocked me at 160km/h in a 100km/h Highway Zone:

Fine $468.00

Going to Dispute, hope he doesn't show up after I reschedule the Court Date to a Friday afternoon....never tried it before.

$405

I was doing 133mph/70mph. Plus the officer added tailgating to the same ticket. Turned out to be a 7 points + $405 ticket. It definitely changed the way I drive, since I have only one more chance to get a ticket, then they'll suspend my license...

- fine: $350
- clocked speed: 93MPH
- location: I-5S in WA
- car: 1994 Ford Explorer (pimpin, eh?)

My first and only ticket. I was in college at the time (2007) and didn't want my mom to find out. I paid the fine and then my home address got a letter saying my ticket had been reduced by $50. My mom opened it up and called me to let me know. So much for that plan!

I was 33MPH over the speed limit. Luckily we don't have a points system in WA.

Wow after looking at this I wondered if I should even post.

$250
93 in a 65
Augusta, GA
1993 3000GT SL

It was 2am on the I-20 and I had just gotten the GT and put new tires on it. The road was empty and I wanted to gas it a bit. Actually got lucky because I was coming down from 125. Although if I had still been going that fast I may have found out what my topspeed was...

I got busted by LASER. My V1 went crazy but it didn't matter. When you're hit, you're hit.

All the more reason to buy the jammer. My V1 goes nuts too. I don't sweat it though as the jammer is there to save the day

I don't have much faith in it. I'm sure it works, but if you're flying by everybody the cop can still give you a ticket.

I replaced the V1 with a 9500i. Similar range but GPS function

Fine: Brother-in-Law was a county cop and working in the court house at the time. He knew the prosecutor and got all 4 tix dropped. Took him and his wife out for dinner and drinks. Spent about $200 that night.

Clocked Speed: 152 mph

Location: South Bend, IN

Car: Motorcycle actually; 2000 Yamaha R6

Impounded the bike and cop wouldn't even give me a ride. ******* made me walk. Thankfully a buddy lived about 2 miles away.

Ummm, for what? I was a cop for 15 years. I'm not familiar with such a statute

I don't know how you can give up the arrows on the V1... Incessant beeping doesn't help much if you don't know where it's coming from.
