Removing side skirts (GTS)?

i want to remove the side skirts, go w/ the standard rear mudguard setup. Trying to determine if the removal is a job i can do, or one that should be done at the dealer or bodyshop. Have the new mudguards/arches back from the painter ready to go...

Anyone seen any DIY tips/tricks floating around?

thanks!!

heat up the 3m adhesive tape with a heat gun or hairdryer and remove under body clips gently pull and the skirts should "pop" off.

I just wanted to know if putting GTS side skirts (without chaning bumpers) on S car will look fine.. I do like a look of GTS but will probably get S instead and try to make it look like GTS a bit.

Slowly add your pieces and you will be fine. The front bumper is cheaper than you think. You can change to a GTS front bumper/signa lights/etc for less than $700.00 plus paint.

Huh good one, I didn't know one. But the reason I didn't want to deal with replacing bumpers is because I had bad experience doing so on BMW (some things were incompatible etc.), plus paint job not matter how good it is will never be like original pain job.
