Hey everyone,

My 2004 Cayenne Turbo's Navigation CD is stuck. It wont recognize that its in there and it will not eject it either. Navigation system wont work now. I did a search, but didn't find much other than some of you had to replace the entire system. $4,000.00 is what the dealer quoted me at .Warranty is finished! Any suggestions?? I tried prying it out with surgical clamps...ended up braking a piece off the disk...

The single cd driver on the PCM system, did not recognize my MP3 cd inserted the other day, and wouldn't eject it either, saying that there is alrady no CD inside the driver, so it won't eject. Your best bet would be to remove the PCM unit, disassamble it, remove the disk. It shouldn't be too hard.

 

I guess I could try taking it apart. But how do I go about that? Are there instructions somewhere online? Preferably, step-by-step with pictures...I probably need to get a special tool of some sort too, huh? Any suggestions?

 

I'd check rennlist for these DIY manuals...

 

Any solution to a stuck CD besides dismantling the PCM ? Is there no emergency eject paperclip release hole somewhere ?
