Also what are your thoughts on the Milltek Sport exhaust on a CTT? I came across a smokin deal and i'm thinking of having it installed.
Hey Jeff, good call on the plugs. The coil packs are super cheap (about 12 bucks each) so try and get that done too if you can.

The milltek isn't one I've done very often but the couple of times we have I remember it sounding pretty darn good. The fitment wasn't spot-on and it took a bit of work from what I remember? But if it's a good deal then

DanH is infamous around these parts
Have you never had coil packs done in that mileage? I had mine changed this week and car is night and day better. Throttle response has improved and fuel economy gone up. Wasn't flagging any lights on the dash etc.

Sharkster, what kind of numbers do the CTTs put down (04-06s) when they're dyno'd after a nice ECU tune? I'm just curious, less than 400awhp or more?

Thanks

Hey Renegades a base car on an AWD mustang should see around 330AWHP and 370FT-Lbs and once flashed it should have around 375AWHP and 420FT-Lbs on 91 octane. With an exhaust you should be able to get close to 400.

Ah ok nice, those are pretty good numbers.

I'd be running a really free slowing exhaust + 93 octane. So I'd hope to see around 400awhp, think that's possible?

Thanks again for the help

Hey Renegades, ok now that's a different story. 93 octane tunes are certainly different and an exhaust 400awhp is very very doable:P

Just had Alex do my 04 CTT a week or so ago... very nice! Pulls strong and less laggy. I think he mentioned EVOMSit also allows throttle response changes like what the Sprint Booster does. I am certainly happy. I am also running the EVO intake, Fabspeed cat bypass, and Magnaflow muffler setup with the 542HP tuning on the ECU. Very fast for a SUV for sure...

Awesome..No issues to report.

Pulls like a freight train, I would HIGHLY recommend the EVO tune and sprint booster combo to any CTT owner.
