How would you justify to the dealer an offer of 25% off sticker?

And since this is a '09...and I have heard the '10s are going to be drastically different from the previous models, could I use that as a bargaining chip?
Simple, either get a real offer from a another dealer (you can lie a little bit, I won't tell ) or you work backwards from non-Demo car by applying at least a 0.30/mile discount. Remember, it's a buyers market with 2010's hitting the lots in a few months. You've got all the power my friend.

Good Luck!

Only way I would consider a demo is if I was leasing and was offered a ridiculously good deal. I know how these dealer techs treat these cars and how these vehicles are test driven. It's worth it to pay a little more for a product that has not been abused.

As in 30 cents per mile. This is what PFS charges for miles over your allowance. I leased a '09 CS ($70k MSRP) that was the dealership owner's car for ~6 months. It had 7,800 miles and was in like new condition. Because it was a "demo" I was able to lease it for 25% off ($9,700 under Invoice) which came out to $725/month for 36-months, 15k miles/year, including tax (9% in PA for leases), and NOTHING down but starups (1st payment, bank fee, notary, etc.

Oh, okay. I understand now. Thanks for the advice guys.
I will keep you posted on how the deal goes. Right now I am contacting the 6 porsche dealerships around me, and am going to compare their prices for their demos...Maybe a CS'09 demo for 25% off would be great. Thanks again
