Sounds like a pretty clever move from the dealers standpoint since you backed out. I guess the moral of the story is if your word is good (which for most it isn't anymore with the general public) then you should stick to your commitment you made to buy the one at Walter in the first place and you won't have any problems; instead of committing, then having the dealer take it off the market while you go galavanting across town to save 500.00 more dollars on an $80k vehicle. This is how stereotypes are born.

I too had a bad experience with Walters and told myself never
again. I don't know what to say to this but the lawsuit may not
be the best way to resolve such issue. Good luck tho...
