i understand where your coming from, as im not a fan of cheap...
but sometimes these aftermarket parts are "better" than the OEM
because after all were only talking about GRP and not (with your example of a watch) expensive materials, like gold/crystal glass/fine precision etc.

GRP is GRP, and as long as its from a good mould with no bubbles, and "finished" properly then it could be made in a small shed?

most of these companys buy the real Mc Coy and just copy it, using the same equptment to do so.
(im not debating legalities)
it can be good not to have the huge overheads of big companys, and we all know that a small business that produces bespoke, hand made stuff is more often than not far better.

but we all pay our hard earned and take our chances.

good luck
David.

yes it will fit the S also, its the same chassis and front fixings, its only the newer GTS or cars with extended arches that it wont fit.

all mk1 & mk2 cars have interchangeable body parts.

Thanks ONE234,

Since the UK and Sweden are fairly close - Can you recommend any brittish (or european) company that sells bodyparts like this or just fronts, bumbers, sideskirts, flares and so on? (Other than brands such as Techart, Gemballa and so on. )
My budget is a bit limited.

thanks Peter

Jetset is infamous around these parts
Just must say that it's ok in my book that people use these aftermarket x 2 manufacturers, but while driving a authentic Cayenne Magnum it feels strange that people could fly away with fake a setup, in the same market without stating that it's not the real thing

dear mr genuine magnum owner.
you dont need to feel insecure as its not being passed off as a magnum,
it is just a body kit that looks like your car, im sure no magnum badges will be displayed, and as there is no copyright on the name magnum (they make ice cream in england)
or copy right on the design im sure its ok to "replicate" this.

good luck
a non magnum owner.
