I keep getting one problem after another. I just got the Cayenne back from the dealer because my Servo Motor went out. A week later I am driving and I get a " ! " warning showing my trunk being opened. I closed the truck, popped open the rear glass, closed it. Still on. Did everything, turned it on, off, on, off.... Still there. 05 S. Any ideas? I searched and couldnt find anything. Thanks guys!


Oh, and when the truck is closed the lights turn off and when open lights turn on. So the car knows the truck is closed.. But the gauge cluster says different.

 

Scratch that.. I unplugged the battery, plugged it back in and it went away??? Hope it doesnt come back on

 

on older cars with prolonged opening/closing of the tailgate. they can "move" slightly out of alignment (after all we do slam the tailgate down)
you can adjust it slightly on the catch/hinges to make it close better.

or you could have the soft close option
