buttons on the back side of the steering wheel

Hello,

i did a search for steering wheel buttons but only came up with 10 results so i decided to ask. As i was driving home today i noticed two black momentary buttons on the back side of the steering wheel (opposite of the tiptronic paddles). My owners manual hasn't arrived yet and i was curious as to what these buttons do. oh.. it's an 03 cs

thanks

I've never seen another car with this feature. Does anyone even use it? However the biggest question is: Why have TWO completely redundant buttons? Guess that's why my CS cost so much

its because they make most cars with the "capability" of having all the options, its like they normally make only 1 wiring loom, and if you add options or upgrade...the plugs/connectors are already there, its just inital cost savings.

i think....
