I happen to see a 2009 Cayenne GTS with 14000miles with CPO. How would one determine the depreciation value for price negotiation?

-By percentage (10-15%) off MSRP
-By $/miles
Any suggestions?

Considering new 2009's are being heavily discounted by dealers, I would think the depreciation will be pretty steep. Porsche has some good deals now, so it may pay to look at new ones first and then determine what the 14K miles are worth to you.

i think the MSRP is also important in your consideration. if the whole sale price is about 65K, then you figure paying around 70-75K is what the resaler are going to expect. but some GTS have MSRP at 94K while others may be at 85k. this should account for some difference.
