i am having an issue with my air suspension
i am getting constant cycling of the air pump under the passengers front seat
this is happening much more often than in the past and the noise at times gets quite loud

on a side note i have techart lowering module which i dont think is causing the issues.

would just like to know if anyone has experienced the same problem before i take it to the dealership.

that would mean its loosing air, and constantly filling the system, it sounds like you have a seal gone somewhere.

 

Normally a fault with Air Suspension would be displayed on the Instrument Cluster?

Sounds like the seal on the air compressor has gone. VW do a kit for a repair (same as Touareg).

 

no faults on the instrument cluster
i noticed the constant cycling of the air compressor in the low ride height.
at normal height it happens a lot less.
