Yes only a couple things can go wrong, but sometime it costs more then you think to repair, unless you are doing the work.


More so, it is nice to know how the car was treated, if you have paper work, and service records, it speaks well of the car vs one that has very little service records.


You gain a peace of mind.... sometimes...

The parts cost to do nearly every major repair on a Cayenne is only barely $2500 (driveshaft, coolant pipes, coils, control arms, etc) All easy DIY and all not very expensive to have a shop do.

That is around 2% of the cost of these new so I don't see that as outrageous. Even if you pay for all the repairs at an expensive shop it should get too high.
