EVOMS V-Flow

Has anyone installed an Evolution Motorsports v-flow air induction system on their Cayenne? If so, what's your opinion of it?

EVOMS' website states, "Our V-Flow air induction system was designed specifically for the Cayenne to increase power and torque by allowing more air into the engine." How have you found the performance? How has the MPG been affected?

I have a 2008 GTS and would like to try to boost the HP and torque. At my altitude (6200ft), I think that an air induction system may improve performance even better than at sea level.

Thanks!

I have one on my turbo. Sounds good and seems to help lower the lag (which I know doesn't help you). I didn't gain anything in the 1/4 mile with mine when I first put it on. I'm not sure how much it helps now with tuning. Filters are easy to service, though.

A set of BMG filters will get you about the same effect for $160. Just a thought.

We've installed the EVOMS V-Flow intake on a 2009 GTS and were very pleased with the outcome. This airbox really opens up the cars breathing patterns.

Feel free to contact me directly if you have any more questions or concerns.

Together with the EVOMSit software upgrade, you will see power gains of about 25hp from the V-Flow and software combined, about 10 of that being attributed to the intake alone. The intake also adds a nice growl to the engine sound.

Let me know if you're interested and I can send you over some more info and pricing.

*edit*....hehe looks like someone beat me to it.

We've got one on the Turbo and it's been trouble free... Again, biggest notice was a reduce in lag but it also has cat-bypasses and Fabspeed exhaust, which I can't recommend enough.

Thanks for the input everyone. I will be looking into the V-flow with Tom. I installed Fabspeed catbypasses this past summer and love them.
