About to purchase a cayenne turbo and wanted to see your input....with pictures

Just went down to the dealer and put a deposit on the car for $39,800

I wanted to know pretty much if you guys think this is a good deal or not. Also what reliability issues I will be look at in the long run after the warranty expires.
It is Porsche certified for 2 years / 50,000 miles and I will be putting around 12,000 on it a year.

Honestly the car is in amazing shape. The seats look as though they are from a car with 10,000 miles on it and the paint is perfect not one single scratch. Brakes were all redone / and 60,000 mile service was just performed (he showed me all the paperwork).

Also another question I had was about the turbo and how long they last? Also how much for replacement?

here is the link and I really do appreciate any comments:

I like white Cayenne, esp a CT.

Interior looks great w/ the tan leather. I've always been a fan of the white/tan combo. Good to get the CPO'd on the car. At least it's worry free for the next 2 years. Do you know what warranty issues have been done? Price is inline w/ other 05 Turbo that has the warranty from what i've been seeing.

First, I like mine better but yours is very nice. Second, be perpared to pay for gas because it is impossible to keep my foot out of this thing--it is so much fun! Third, CPO is the only way to go. However, one needs to check the date it was first titled because that will be the date of expiration of warranty 6 years later and that could occur in less than two years--mine does.

However, you might be able to get something in writing extending that warranty but the time to ask for it is now!

Hope this helps.

The air suspension makes these dream machines to drive and nothing keeps up with me. I drove mine up here and I recommend a second set of 18's specifically for winter driving.

I have 20's and the Michellin Diamaris are great. And I have a set of 18" Scorpion Ice & Snow. AND I have a third set of wheels & tires (General Grabber AT 2's) in the mail for off-road summer use.

BTW, I have the form fitted set of rubber mats to protect mine up here.

And get a radar detector installed! You're going to need it!

PS If you're going to tow anything, ask them to throw in a Porsche tong & ball (2" appears to be universal today) AND the light coupling.

One last thing, ask them to update the NavTek software for you. The updated maps are helpful.

Nice find. I ADORE white and if I ever buy a CTT is only going to be white. My best friend has a 04 pushing 100K and it's solid as new. It did have the driveshaft problem but warranty covered it. No other issues. Goes like a stuck pig and no rattles.
