Hi,my cayenne shows check Front Cornering Light,may i ask what type of light bulbs does front cornering light use? I'm think to get some white or LED bulbs but i couldn't find what the type is.

Type "H3" bulb available in any auto parts store. Not sure if LED would work since it draws less power. Might throw up an error code.

 

The LED's will cause a fault, but you can install the 'cool white' bulbs, by Sylvania. They look great, IMHO.

 

Reviving this old tread. I am getting the same fault. It says "left cornering light" I looked and can't find it. Can some one tell me where it is and how difficult it is to change??

 

I also would like some info on how to change this bulb, judt got the error message that mine went out today!

 

Pull the headlight assembly as in your manual. or search here. Its not hard, and you'll save going to a shop. Just be careful sliding the whole headlight back in, and make SURE it locks in properly with a "snap" sound. 10 minute job once you know.
That said, I'll only pull mine out when I have to, because I don't want to disturb my solid plug connection in the back. My front lights have been solid for a year now. Did my first brake light bulb today!

 

Once the headlight is out, pop open the 2 metal clips and open the access panel. The cornering bulb is the one with the single white wire on it.

 

Got it done today. Took me about 10 min per side. Did both sides. Worst part is taking the lightbulb out. Used some long pliers.

 

H3 bulb, 55W
