A2DP for Iphone music streaming
I'm still trying to familiarize myself with the new Mobridge BT install. Can anyone tell me how to get to A2DP on the menu. I understand that this is the setting I need in order to stream music wirelessly from my Iphone. couldn't find instructions anywhere in the manuals for this.

I have the Incartronics unit which is based on mObridge.
Its not in the manual anywhere. I came across it one day when I was searching through the menus on "Disk 6"
Goto to Disk 6. Scroll down to Audio src: >>
Press and hold #> on the key pad for 2 secs for each selection. There are three: Aux, A2DP and Ipod. Select A2DP. On your iphone, select ipod or Panadora or whatever you are going to use. Use should see a blue colored bluetooth symbol for your speaker setting.
The sound is good. Not great but good. One thing that I have noticed when using the A2DP feature is that sometimes the sound cuts in and out and then the sound plays fine. This happens about every 5-10 mins. Very annoying. I contacted Incartronics and they told me that is not a feature they promote and do not support.

Thanks, I'd never of figured out the pressng for 2 seconds thing in a million years. Was that in the manual?? Much appreciated and I'm glad you warned me about the sound quality so that I won't think that it was jus my setup.

I've actually had quite some difficulty getting my mobridge ABT2010 working with iPhone and A2DP. The problem was that i could connect just fine, but when streaming music it was completely silent. This is what i did to solve it.
Grab a laptop with Bluetooth
Download the mObridge Update application and install it
Let it search for, and connect to your ABT2010
don't know if this was part of the sollution but upgrade both unit firmware, and bluetooth chip firmware (2 files, it says in the application if you have gen2 or gen3 BT chip).
When all this is done click the "CONFIGURE" box in the application when connected
Go to the folder on the right saying "bluetooth options", here my A2DP volume was set to 0, maximum is 63, i increased in increments of 10 and stopped at 50, this was more than enough to get some serious ear damage
every time you change a setting you need to go through the standard "press CD -> change track to 6 -> press 3 , hold >> to cycle through between AUX / iPod / A2DP"

Saving settings
Thank you for the very helpful post, I was able to get A2DP Bluetooth streaming working on my Mobridge but can’t seem to save it so every time I switch off I have to go through the whole process again, am I missing something?
