Are spacers used to push the wheels out flush with the new fender flares? If so, what size are used?

For the TA Magnum aero package only (including hood and headlight trim), roughly $36,000 + $8,000 for paint/install.

Wow. I wonder how much the first owner of my CTT paid for a 1st gen Techart package? I only have the front bumper, side skirts, headlight and taillight pieces, exhaust, steering wheel, red gauges and lowering module.
