Subbie is infamous around these parts
I got the call as well. Think I'll wait see if I like the new look. Salesman said the Cayenne has the same nav unit as the Pan, the 2 screens, that is so nice.

Not that a ton of people really off road the things, but the new ones are not nearly as potent of trucks in that sense are they? Personally that's part of what I always liked about the cayenne...and it seems like the new ones lost that.
I am considering a consolidation of cars and integrating my denali and g into a cayenne tt or tts, but apparently if I want a tts i am looking for an 09 - any someone mentioned prices for low mileage ones - what are they going for??? Cause autotrader and such they seem to range from 90-140 or so (although the 140 I assume is list and I can't imagine a new old stock ctts going for anywhere close).
Also - how kick *** is the turbo or tts? (haven't driven one) I dig the transsyberia too, but just coming from enough 500+hp cars I am scared it will seem slow :-) (perhaps I should start a new thread)
Thanks guys

Have had the TTS. A barn burner. Very strong. Loved to drive the vehicle as well. There is a used one in Dallas with 500 miles asking $99k and that is too much. There is another in Dallas that has 25k miles and will go for about $80k. That will give you a value idea.

Awesome...considering your stable, that is good to hear :-) Cause I'll prolly get the new 570-SL in a year or two, but don't want to be bored with the Cayenne....doesn't sound like that will be the case.
Should I be wary of miles? aka - is 25k miles an issue at all? cause there are some that seem like new new, but I dont really give a crap about dropping 20k for leather that someone hasn't farted on yet :-) but if there are other issues that I should watch for, the loot isn't really an issue.
Thoughts?

The one that is $80k in Dallas used to be mine. I got rid of it at 20k miles. It was just as brand new as the day I took delivery. I had every inch of confidence in that car with miles. You could just tell. I have that with every Porsche motor. We are being sissy with the motors compared to what Porsche engineers them for. I would not be scared of miles, but would use it for MAJOR negotiations. I don't know why, but an SUV should not be compared to a 911 when miles come into play.

I believe the value market will fall decent when the new Cayenne hits the market in May.
