Multifunction control button not working

Just bought a Cayenne S 2004 and love it! But my multifunction steering wheel buttons don't seem to work neither do the tiptronic ones. When button are pressed nothing happens! Where they deactivated? If so how can i turn them back on?

Rather have the shop look at it. If you "just" purchased it they will remidy.
Or are you referring to the night time lights on the steering wheel that might hve been pushed and the buttons are dark at night? This button is on the back side of yhe steering wheel.

Good luck post some pics.

Thanks for the reply! Just made the purchase thru a private seller and he doesn't know why it's not working. He tought it could be adjusted in the menus, but i didn't find anything. I found the lighting button but nothing happens... actually nothing happens with any of the buttons.

not yet! But i was told it could be the clock spring. It weird that the air bag shows no warning and the horn is also working. I'll have to check what's going on there. Might just be a faulty connection hopefully, cause i'm sure that this part is not cheap! Let me know if you find a solution as well!

solution??

Did anyone find a solution to this issue? I'm leaning towards clockspring and/or stalk.
