Boost gauge over 0.8 on CTT with mods?

Hello,

I've spoke with a few of you but wanted to make a thread out of this to get a bunch of feedback as I'm getting such mixed reviews.

Do any of your CTT's with mods put the needle of the bar gauge over 0.8? If so what mods are you running and a pic of the bar gauge over 0.8 would be GREAT to prove to the disbelievers.

Thanks guys!!

I wish... but then again I have been chasing boost issues with my hoses leaking. Will let you know if a few days as I just got in my new upgrade O-rings today.

I am running the EVOSit chip, EVO intake, Fabspeed bypass pipes, and Porsche Sport Exhaust.

What O-rings are you talking about? Do you have a part # as well?

I've got close to the same setup. EVO ECU, EVO intake, EVO diverter valves, catbypass and IPD plenum. (Should be back together here in a few days)

Where is your boost gauge at? Does it drop on you?

I am running a Revo Stage 2 tune, it pegs over the 0.8 easy, however, I don't know how much boost it has since the gage is pegged to it's limit.

GT78, at what RPM does your tune hit .8 at and for how long?

As for the o-rings, the aftermarket ones ended up being too big to fit so I just used new factory ones. Still waiting for one last part so I can put the Cayenne back together.

It hit the 0,8 mark around 3500, 4000 rpm. It stays there as long as I am in the throttle. I hope that helps.

Hi, it's a Revo Stage 2 flash, changed out the diverter valves, Using Hyper Boost DV's. Overall I am very pleased with how it performs.

Same here - buries the boost gauge at 0.8, drops slightly after a shift and then pegs again. I think it drops towards the top of 3rd and 4th gear to about 0.7. Eurocharged tune with APR DVs.

I have cat bypass pipes and EPL tune. My needle is pined at .8 basically the entire time I am on the gas. I believe Tony said it has 1.1 bar, then settles around 1. Of course I cant actually see that, but the needle is definitely pinned. I am extremely happy with the tune and overall driveability.
