Can I change the fuel filter on my own?

Hello everyone!
My '08 CS is taking 4-5 seconds to start. I saw in a previous thread that the someone with the same problem said it was caused by the fuel filter. My vehicle has 54k miles and no longer under warranty.
My question is: can I buy and change out the fuel filter myself?
If so, do you know where I can buy one?

Thanks for any and all help.

Update

Sorry, I need to clarify.
I cannot find the fuel filter for a 2008 Cayenne S for sale online.
Have you ever changed your own? Is it worth the money you save by not having the dealership do it?

Found the answer

I finally was able to talk to a dealer. Apparently, the fuel filter is inside the gas tank and is not something you can 'DIY'.

my 08 CS sometimes take a long time too (2-3secs). But it is not all the time. I only 20K miles and the dealer is saying everything is fine.
