He thinks it might be 690kg or just slightly higher or similar, in either case it will NOT meet the CTT's weight!
I was concern which was reason for my first inquiry. Especially these wheels were known to be soft during my e46 m3 days. Good luck with research and hopefully it will all work out.

Matrix is infamous around these parts
Gross vehicle weight (GVW) is the total weight of an automobile, including all cargo and passengers. Without passengers or cargo, this is the curb weight. The weight of the passengers and cargo are then added to the curb weight to yield gross vehicle weight. The 2005 Porsche Cayenne Turbo is around 4900lbs - 5195lbs curb weight depending on where you read. The MAX GVW per Porsche is 6790lbs. So the curb weight (this includes all fluids and a full tank of gas) is 5195lbs + your 600lbs of passengers = 5795lbs not 7400lbs. God i love forum experts.

Those wheels are rated at the highest with 5X130 bolt pattern is about 700kg or 1540 lbs per corner. 1540lbs X 4= 6640Lbs. Those wheels are not meant for the CayenneTurbo ! NOT SAFE!

But this might be for 5x114 or 5x120 bolt pattern... but for 5x130 JWL "Japan Light Alloy Wheel" listed at 735kg or 1617lbs. Hope this helps.
Great info thanks for the heads up! I'll definitely check them out to see what I can find!

Got it thanks for following up I was just curious about where you got the info from that is all.

The GVW as Matrix states below is the MAX allowed weight for the vehicle to be on the road. This includes passengers, cargo, all fluids, full tank of gas and towing tongue weight. This is around the 6800 you mentioned. Curb weight though is roughly 5200. With 600 pounds of passenger, fluids and cargo it is still below the threshold and will be fine. I will never fully load the Cayenne up as I don't tow with it and I don't move bricks for a living.

When these calculations are made there is always a large degree of "safety" built into them. It isn't like if you go to 690kg in your example you're fine but then 691kg and the wheels will fall off. I agree there are stronger wheels out there and these may not have been designed for the CTT but since I'm not tracking the it, will only take it "light" off roading (dirt roads) with my 19" and that I have nice NC roads, I'm sure they will be fine.

I do appreciate your concern and or bringing this up though! I never would have thought about it otherwise!

Matrix is CORRECT! Gross weight on my plane is what I don't want to exceed with pass and fuel and same with the CTT. Thanks.

Did you decide to keep the wheels on your CaYenne? If not I might be interested in buying them.
