Upgrading to Turbo S Intercoolers

I sent an e-mail to Suncoast asking what parts I needed to upgrade my CTT with the Turbo S intercoolers. This is what he sent me. Does this look complete?

I think your right now that I look at it closer (oops must be losing my mind!) pretty pricey for a couple of small air to air units...

Yes, but to fabricate something that is really nice would probably cost a lot more.

From my research, it appears that the factory tune and intercoolers are the only additional power-makers in the CTTS over the CTT. My plan is to swap to the S intercoolers and then send my ECU back to Sharkwerks for their ECT600 program (meant for the Turbo S). For all intents and purposes (at least with regard to power makers), once the above is completed, I will have a full bolt-on Turbo S and should be able to make the power quoted here:

i know you are looking for just the additional power.. quick question on this project, is it necessary to add the bigger breaks too? or does the OEM brakes for the TT enough?

Obviously depends on your goals. For me, the current brakes are more than sufficient.

I think it's a good upgrade. The stock ones heat soak quickly. I'm going to take a different route, though, by going with a meth injection system at some point. I was also looking at putting a larger, single core up front since there is room for one, but I figure the meth injection would be less expensive.

I think it will cost you almost half as much to have larger custom units made.

I had a custom set of dual intercoolers made for my twin turbo Audi S4 and it was far cheaper than the list price on these factory Turbo S units.

I someone had the physical specs of the Turbo S units it would be even easier.

Just throwing this out there as an idea but I have NO idea if it will work but...

The 08+'s are rated at 500hp or so stock but do they use newer intercoolers at all? Possibly something similar to the ones in the 955 Turbo S's? HP is very similar and I assume air flow capacity must be too. Since the 957 is essentialy a reskinned 955 maybe they could be used if they're larger?

Again I have NO idea if they are any different/better but it might be another angle to approach...

Whats the cost for all the parts app.? Probably a lot cheaper to do a meth kit.

Would be nice if they made aftermarket coolers for the Cayenne!
