I called PCNA, now I have to take it to my dealer for their service dept. to inspect the windshield before PCNA proceeds with my complaint. Big problem is that I am three hours away from my dealer. SO to answer your question: Not yet.

I am hoping that PCNA would pay for the windshield swap. I would not know the outcome until I take it to the dealership for the service manager to inspect the windshield. Let's see what happens because it is not a manufacturing defect per se but a fundamental design flaw.
