Posted in the Panamera thread but figured I have the same issue with wife's Cayenne and there are more of you guys the panamera drivers....

Anyone had issues with an occasional ipod skipping while playback?
I would say max twice in a 1 hr drive. I have tried different cables, different ipods and in fact different cars. between 6 different ipods and random cables and 3 2011 cars...(P4 and 2x Cayennes) they all seem to skip once in while. Not the biggest issue, but just seeing if anyone else had any issues?

 

I experience the same thing... Sometimes it doesn't happen at all, sometimes a couple times per drive. Minor annoyance, but like u said, not the biggest issue. I'm using the latest gen Nano with a short connector cable.

 

I have an occasional skip as well. Not very often but alittle annoying when it happens.

 

What's equally annoying is that the cd player DOESN'T recognize ALL cd's and names of tracks. You have to type in which is soooooo annoying.

Our other car have NO issues with the SAME cd's in naming cd's and tracks.....

What a pain!
