Angry best way to contact Porsche North America for a huge complaint?

The complaint refers to my car being scratched, delayed 2 weeks for service and repair to be completed. Was told they would simoniz, only to find out not for another 4 weeks minimum so paint can cure from them having to repaint side doors.
and the list goes on.....
SO after not having my CTT for 3 weeks, it is still NOT done.
I have informed my attorney but he waits in the background until needed....

Please advise.

So what happened that led up to this? Are they holding your car while the paint cures?

What dealership or service center are you using?

I won't disclose which dealership did the error but I will say the service manager and my direct service associate have done everything they can to remedy the situation.

They had both side doors filled sanded and painted with same procedure and paint brand as what Porsche uses in the factory. Just saw it today and it looked amazing. Blended perfectly but honestly not hard to blend brand new paint.

They as compensation did the 10k service even with it minor still nonetheless done.

Will be doing the simoniz in 4 weeks when paint cures.
They rave about it. Even with my detail experience I will still let them do it.

In short that's the end.

Matter resolved. Huge pain in the *** but in the end it's good I feel.

If it wasn't resolved this way I was prepared in every way to use the big guns but didn't have to.

I would still like everyone's opinion on which the BEST Porsche dealership and OUTSTANDING SERVICE and super nice facility people love in Colorado.

I did buy my 2nd Porsche in TX park place for a reason and the fact that their service area is nicer than the Colorado dealerships sales area......

Jace,

Beautiful Porsche. I have a meteor grey turbo on order now and I can't wait for it to arrive! I didn't get the ceramics, so we should be able to tell them apart!

I ordered my Porsche from a local Porsche dealer. This is my first Porsche, and I knew I would end up ordering so I just gave the local guys a shot. I have not been completely blown away by my experience so far. I guess I expect more when paying $130k for a car.

I am curious who you used only to see if I need to find another service center for the future. Would you mind sharing that info with me by PM?

Unfortunately, I don't know where else to go besides the dedicated Porsche dealer in Colorado Springs. I imagine that you are like myself and others on this forum in wanting the best service available for our machines.

Call 1 (800) PORSCHE

However, expect the shuck & jive. PCNA backs their dealerships who in turn back PCNA. If you are a member of the Porsche Club of America, contact Vu at their headquaters in Maryland and ask him to refer to an advocate.

Porsche has become very Patronizing; therefore, expect to need that attorney sooner rather than later.

Personally, after all the trouble I have had and am currently having, I wouldn't waste my time or stress myself any further. Give it to the attorney, cut him loose and have him go after them.

Porsche Cars North America needs a wake up call.

I don't know which dealer did that to you, but I will say never go to Ed Carroll in Fort Collins unless you want more of the same.

We NEED to start reporting bad Porsche dealerships. It is in everyone's best interest, including Porsche Cars North America, that we do so.

Tell us who did this? Which Porsche dealership treated you and you car this way?

There aren't enough dealerships and many areas are ill served. Take Idaho. There is one seasoned indeependent mechanic here. He's the ONLY one who works on older Porsches.

Funny, that attitude prevails up north (Alaska) as well. Dealerships refuse to service the older cars.

And he doesn't work on Cayennes and I suspect Panameras.

People in the entire State of Idaho are SOL!
