Yes. You aren't actually changing it all - you're more diluting the old with the new. Porsche has a flush technique involving pulling one of the PS lines, and it takes two people to do.
While you're doing the turkey baster "flush" - make sure you run the steering lock to lock several times to get old stuff out of the rack.
BTW - any particular reason you're doing this?

Depends on what you really want to do. 1 liter will dilute the contaminated fluid.. but since I believe the system holds more then 1 liter, that would only dilute it a max of 50%.
In this case - I'd suggest visiting your friendly Porsche dealer or a good independent (not the one who ignored the warning right on top of the reservoir..) who knows Cayennes and get the system completely flushed. This is a bigger job then just sucking the reservoir dry and refilling it.
The risk if you don't is destroying the power steering pump, hoses and rack. Total for replacing those parts will be > $several thousand dollars.
Your gamble.. I know what I'd be doing.

I thought the pump called for CHF 11s? That is what my manual said. 2004 s 4.5L

Your manual was written sometime in 2003. Things have changed in a decade, including power steering fluid recommendations. Dealers only sell the CHF 202. It replaces the CHF 11s. And the two can be mixed (they are different colors sorta.) CHF 202 from the dealer is cheaper than CHF 11s from NAPA auto parts stores, and it has a nifty built in spout that makes getting it in the reservoir (and not all over the engine compartment) much easier.
