B and C Pillar Trim Removal, What Is the definate answer?

Want to take the B and C pillar trim off of my 08 GTS to have them CF wraped. I've done a search and seen two diffrent answers. Some say they the B pillar is held on with a torque screw that I can get to from the outside and that the C pillar trip is just double sided adhesive attached.

Others say that the C pillar is an absolute monster to take off requiring the removal of a lot of the interior.

What is the true answer on this? If it's just adhesive, I should be able to do the removal with just some basic fishing line.

I took the front ones off to do them. The screw is obvious when you open the doors. The rear looked to be a pain so I just wrapped it on the car. Did this several years ago and they still look just like they day I installed them.
