Nice find! Too bad they didn't break it down into sub-models. I am sure this applies to the most popular Cayennes - like the base model or S. The GTS, Turbo and Turbo S are probably worse off since they started at higher MSRP values.

Porsche has always had high resale values until the first Cayennes! I was shocked at how much depreciation there was on mine when I bought it and I was grateful for it because I could actually (barely) afford it.
Between the many issues of the early Cayennes and the huge numbers sold, values plummetted--enough I could get in the game. Now, however, I am strongly motivated to earn more in order to be able to afford another.

When I shopped for my 04 at about 5 years old this percentage was pretty true on average.
