Not the best way to start the day...

Yea, real unfortunate but what can you do... It's a Turbo so air suspension, lowered with my Durametric 25mm front & 20mm rear. I hated how the stock stance was, almost looked like the rear was lower than the front, so that's why I put it this way. Really happy with the way it turned out.

Ha, they have 28 cameras and 8-9 foot wrought iron gating around both buildings, and I pay $120/mo for parking. I rent, but these are privately owned apartments, and the owners' (shareholders) HOA is supposed to pay for "security". Since I am not a shareholder, I cannot inquire to be reimbursed for my deductible, but the owner of my apartment can do so in shareholder meetings. She lives in Austria. I'm chalking this up as a loss and I'm moving back to Texas next month, where we have these great little things called garages!

Or end the week. I was getting ready to leave my office this evening when I heard, then saw, an 81 year-old lady back into the Cayenne. Luckily, there was minimal rear-end and bumper cover damage. It's less about the damage than the time it takes to schedule, drop off, pick up and the hassles of the repair process. I do have, silver lining, a phenomenal body repair shop.

Oh the saga continues...
Got the car back, seemed like everything came out great. Total cost was $9k to do the window and roof. Had the car back for a couple weeks, and when I was still living in Jersey City (Back in Dallas permanently, thank God), I only drove my car once a week, if that.
I digress. So my passenger seat feels like alligator skin now. No joke, it's hard as a rock. I taped my window up while I was waiting for the insurance company to come out, but it took 5 days and it rained twice during that period of time. I have used heavy duty leather conditioner on it 3 times now, and it hasn't changed the look of the seat at all whatsoever. So after another call to the 15 people that are associated with my claim, I have to take the truck to get the passenger seat reupholstered. No clue what that's going to cost, luckily I've already paid my deductible & they haven't closed out the claim yet.
More time wasted on this, it's been such a nightmare. Thanks guys for letting me vent on here... haha. Cheers

Well here's the situation so far... Just went ahead and replaced all the upholstery with a leather/alcantara 2 tone interior. The shop still has to wrap my armrest, grab bars, and center console in alcantara as well at a later time, so I guess these are progress pics, not necessarily before & after.
About a week ago my radio stopped working out of the blue. Actually radio works, all UI in the dash is normal, but no sound to the speakers. I have 2 aftermarket amps, one for speakers & one for my sub, both mounted under my spare tire where the old Bose sub used to be. I opened my hatch to troubleshoot the problem, and holy sh** did I ever find the root problem. I have standing water, mildew and mold growing under my hatch. All wiring and both amps are soaked. From my research on here, I'm assuming they either didn't reattach the drain tubes or left them clogged when they replaced the pano roof.
I have since moved from NJ to Dallas TX, so now there will be 2 dealerships involved; surprisingly Porsche NA has been extremely helpful mediating the issue!
