Ugly window trim

Ugly window trim
The body kit will arrive in a couple of days, and when it gets painted/installed, I want the ugly window trim, door trim, side mirrors and door handles to be painted black at the same time.
So, should I have the trim removed-painted-reinstalled? or just painted on the car?
The window trim and pillars, do they look/flow better in matte or shiny black? I understand this is preference, but sometimes things look just plain ugly.
I hear the door handles are impossible to remove. Should they just be painted while on the car?

It is a lot of work, but easier than having to take rubbing compound to your paint because of over-spray.

I had all the trim wrapped except for the door handles. I used PlastiDip on the door handles. You can't plastisip the pillar trim due to the fact the when the door opens and closes it rubs against the trim and will cause the dip to rip. Guy charged me $250 for wrapping the trim and a can of plastidip is $6. I also dipped the rear badging black.

I figured the plasti dip would come off the pillars due to the doors opening and closing. The vinyl wrap is just too expensive for me to go that route and I would prefer something permanent. I think a lot of masking off and a nice coat of matte black will do the trick, thanks for the input!

I got mine done for $250 in Jersey. I could give you the name of the place if you want. It's in Linden. They got it done pretty fast.
