How do I go about updating the maps in my 04? I know it's a CD based nav.

What a rip off! You can buy a complete GPS that is 100 times better for far less then that! I just had all the maps updated in my GPS units from garmen for free!

Meh, it is a little expensive, but still it is well worth it!

I am also trying to find a "reasonably priced" PCM 2.0 NAV update, I would be happy with a 2008 as I just purchased the truck and there is no NAV atm If someone wanted to set me up with a 2008 update I would be very thankful.
